1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • During peak periods (e.g. promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Within Australia

  • All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW via Australia Post.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking is provided on all parcel shipments.

3. International Shipping

  • For international customers out of Australia. we recommend purchasing from Amazon for International shipping.  Search Human Bank at Amazon  - www.amazon.com

    International Shipping :

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
We can ship internationally via Australia Post International. Delivery timeframes vary by region.
Estimated Delivery Times:

  • New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Asia & North America: 10–20 business days

  • UK & Europe: 12–25 business days


4. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs)

  • eBooks and downloads are delivered instantly via email or website link after purchase.

  • No shipping fees apply for digital items.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details (where applicable).

  • For delivery issues, contact Australia Post or contact us directly at here!


6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

  • Please allow up to 15 business days (Australia) or 30 business days (international) before reporting a parcel as missing.

  • If your order is damaged upon arrival, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
